Full wage & training

All of our staff are paid a full wage and receive free training, even in National Governing Body Awards which are valid throughout the UK for a number of years. An amount is taken from your wage to contribute towards your full board and accommodation. You will be left with more than just pocket money and should have plenty left to spend your time off exploring the French Country side or for saving towards future adventures.

Performance-based Review

After 4 months working at Chateau Beaumont you will be given an appraisal and will have the opportunity to increase your salary by up to £100!

Full Board and Accommodation

Staff accommodation is provided in the 19^th Century Chateau. We don’t expect our staff to eat the same food every week. We provide a separate menu to the children which we try to make as varied and healthy as possible. We will always cater for Vegetarians and people with food allergies.

Use of Chateau Vehicles

If you’re over 21 then you’ll be able to borrow one of the Chateau cars and go off and explore on your time off

Sky TV

Everyone gets home sick but being able to keep up to date with your soaps or sporting events should lessen your pangs.

Common Room

If you don’t want to spend your time off in the country side then relax in the staff common room watching tv or drinking beer and playing games.

Internet Access

Staff have continuous access to computers with free internet access. Or bring your laptop and connect to our free Wifi.

Laundry facilities

Staff have access to industrial washing and drying machines, and we supply washing powder!
