Despite the benefits of a residential visit to France, we know how stressful it is to organise one. That's why we do as much as possible to reduce your workload:

• all travel arrangements are made for you, from school gate and back again. We use reliable coach and ferry operators;
• although we normally use Dover/Calais, we can arrange a different route if you choose. Be aware that this may incur a supplement to the holiday price;
• full advance planning service to arrange your daily itinerary. This ensures your party gains the maximum from your trip;
• full insurance cover is provided;
• Health and Safety is managed by our staff, but if you have any concerns there is always someone senior at hand to answer questions and put your mind at rest;
• in order that you get a break too, our staff are on duty from before breakfast until after bedtime, although if you wish teachers are also welcome to join in with any of the activities or evening entertainment ;
• a Duty Manager and First Aider are on call throughout the night to assist you with anything you might need;
• fax and e-mail facilities are available, at no cost, so you can maintain contact with your school if you wish.
