Our staff are the most important ingredient in your holiday. The group leaders and 'animateurs' bring to life the daily activities and evening entertainment as well as sorting out your plans and any problems that may occur. As in any school, the key is having a group of experienced and well-motivated individuals with their own expertise who enjoy working together as a team.

We provide our staff with ongoing opportunities for training and self-development and we are delighted that so many remain with Château Beaumont season after season. We have a combination of English and French team members, many of whom are bi-lingual. All are capable, enthusiastic and hard working and they are determined to give the children a great holiday they will never forget. Every staff member is trained and qualified to UK National standards in any activity they lead and they are coached to always put the safety and welfare of our visitors before any other consideration.
