With our emphasis placed firmly on the experience for children and students alike, we expect our staff to be enthusiastic and inspirational role models for young people. Our senior management team is well established and contains several ex-centre managers who know what it’s like to work on the exciting and rewarding front line.

Roles that we offer

Group Leader – Leading a whole school group on excursions; French is not required, but is preferred!

Activity Instructor – Leading activities and helping to promote French culture, joining in all aspects of Château life

Kitchen Assistants – Helping prepare wholesome, home-cooked meals for up to 150 people

Housekeeping Assistants – Ensuring that our living spaces are clean, tidy and welcoming

French Speaker – General assistant, fluent in French, liaising with French clients and supporting the instructors during activities and excursions.  This is a varied and exciting role, with the opportunity to use and develop language skills day-to-day

You will need to be DBS checked, undergo a two week trial and an intensive internal induction and training programme before we allow you to work alone with our guests.
